Texarkana police arrested two people early Monday morning after responding to an alarm at Tractor Supply on North Stateline Avenue.
Officer Ty Ford found 30-year-old Winter Duncan sitting in a car out front and later saw her boyfriend, Jeffrey Vasold, walking from behind the building. Both gave false names but were quickly identified.
Officers found meth, syringes, and drug paraphernalia inside the car, along with stolen merchandise — including a $750 wood splitter hidden behind a dumpster. Vasold and Duncan were booked into the Bi-State Jail on theft, drug, and failure to identify charges.
