Eighteen-year-old Kamarion Omar Fricks remains in the Bi-State jail on $2 million bail. He’s accused of murdering 22-year-old Trewan Sanders in August.
Fricks was indicted on November 6 and is set to appear before Bowie County 202nd District Judge John Tidwell. He is represented by the Bowie County Public Defender’s Office.
Police say they responded to a 911 call around 4:51 a.m. on August 8 at a home on Nolthenius Street, where Sanders was found dead inside the doorway. Fricks was arrested later that same day.
