Texarkana Texas Police say a man is in custody after an early-morning armed robbery. Around 1:30 Tuesday morning, a suspect robbed a convenience store in the 1000 block of Bowie Street and ran off.
Officers searched the area but didn’t locate him at the time. Detectives later identified the suspect as Richard Kasten. On Thursday afternoon, police spotted Kasten walking in the same neighborhood and, with help from patrol officers, arrested him without incident. He is now in the Bi-State Jail charged with Aggravated Robbery.
