Texarkana, Arkansas, Police are asking for the public’s help in locating two men wanted for failing to comply with sex offender registration laws.

Texarkana, Arkansas, Police are asking for the public’s help in locating two men wanted for failing to comply with sex offender registration laws.

The first is 62-year-old Terrence Lee Blair. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown and gray hair and blue eyes.

The second is 47-year-old Joshua Keith Leblanc. He stands 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 215 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
