A Texarkana woman is facing a felony charge after allegedly posting intimate videos of her boyfriend’s former girlfriend on social media.

A Texarkana woman is facing a felony charge after allegedly posting intimate videos of her boyfriend’s former girlfriend on social media.

According to court documents, 21-year-old Brittani Mechelle Smith is accused of publishing private videos without the woman’s consent. Investigators say the videos were posted to Facebook and Instagram in February of last year.

Smith’s boyfriend reportedly told deputies she accessed his phone without permission. Smith is charged with publishing intimate visual material and is free on a 15-thousand-dollar bond. The case is assigned to 202nd District Judge John Tidwell.
