De Queen Police Chief Scott Simmons says a 16-year-old victim died Tuesday. The two other victims remain hospitalized, but their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Police say 18-year-old Kaytlon Huesca, 21-year-old Tristan Mendoza, and a juvenile are charged with first-degree murder, battery, and firing a weapon from a vehicle. Huesca is being held in the Sevier County Jail. Mendoza was arrested in McCurtain County, Oklahoma. The juvenile is being held in a juvenile detention center.
The shooting happened around 9:05 p.m. Police have not released a motive.
