Three men charged in a Texarkana murder case are due in Miller County Circuit Court today before Judge Brent Haltom. Prosecutors say 22-year-olds Timothy Demery and Ke’iante Smith face capital murder charges in the November 2024 shooting death of 26-year-old Tracy Davis, a passenger in their car.
Court records allege Demery, Smith, and Antoine Cartwright Jr. were firing shots from the vehicle when Davis was struck in the head. Demery, who was reportedly driving, also faces additional charges and remains in jail on a $1 million bond, along with Smith.
