53-year-old William “Bill” Duffer is accused of accepting property he allegedly knew was stolen in a residential burglary.
Police searched the shop at 1804 State Line Avenue on September 11th, seizing more than $4,100 in cash. Duffer was arrested that same day and later released on a $15,000 bond.
He’s also facing a misdemeanor obstruction charge. If convicted of the felony, Duffer could face three to ten years in prison and a fine up to $10,000. His case is set for a court appearance next month before Judge Brent Haltom.
