A 35-year-old Mexican national living illegally in Texarkana, Texas, has been indicted on federal charges.
Jose Orlando Colorado-Barcenas was previously deported in 2009 and 2010. He was found again in the U.S. on May 14 and now faces charges of illegal reentry.
If convicted, he could spend up to two years in federal prison before being deported again.
The case is part of Operation Take Back America and is being investigated by federal and local agencies.
