Police Investigating Midday ATM Robbery in Texarkana

Texarkana Texas Police are investigating an ATM robbery that happened around 12:30 p.m. near Stateline Avenue and College Drive.

According to police, two masked men drove up while an employee was servicing the ATM and stole cash cassettes containing an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing.

Investigators say the suspects later abandoned their vehicle in a nearby neighborhood and are believed to have escaped in a second vehicle that had been staged there in advance.
